This is not a book but rather a magazine all about The Who; there are no ads. This is a low budget publication full of bad writing and bad design. It's poorly printed on newsprint and most of the photography sucks although there are a few interesting, uncommon photos. The magazine contains 16 articles but only one writer is credited: Russell Wiener. It's unclear if he wrote the whole thing or had help.
